- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented for use.
- Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to maintain appearance and hygiene.
- Provide custodial services in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are clean and welcoming for guests or employees.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client requests promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations and maintain high standards of quality.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or related fields such as hotel or residential cleaning is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
