- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company database.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
