Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant at Mother Nation. The Executive Assistant will provide executive support, manage expense reports, handle communication, and provide administrative assistance. The role is based in Seattle, WA, with some opportunities for remote work.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Experience in managing expense reports
- Strong communication skills
- Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
