This role requires any combination of training or education equivalent to, but not limited to, the following: Training/Education: A High School Diploma or G.E.D. certificate; Experience: Previous customer experience and experience with produce is a plus; Knowledge of customer service techniques, simple arithmetic calculations, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Stock and rotate fresh fruits and vegetables to ensure optimal freshness and presentation.
- Handle inventories, order products before they are out of stock, and assist in receiving, stocking, and displaying merchandise.
- Provide excellent customer service by helping customers find produce, educating them on fruits and vegetables, and answering questions about products.
- Maintain company safety and sanitation guidelines, as well as familiarity with natural foods and alternative diets.
