As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas, ensuring that each dish meets our standards for taste and presentation. Your creativity in menu planning and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment will contribute to our success.

Responsibilities

• The pizza makers responsibilities include preparing pizza dough, cutting, grating, or slicing various ingredients, and removing pizza debris from the pizza ovens
• You should also be able to maintain a clean workstation at all times
• Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats
• Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes
• Monitoring inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed
• Cleaning workstations before pizza preparation
• Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use
• Plating or packaging pizzas accordingly
• Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers orders are completed in a timely manner

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a kitchen setting or catering environment, is preferred.
• Familiarity with culinary techniques, including knife skills and food handling practices.
• Knowledge of dietary department standards is a plus.
• A passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes that delight customers is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
