We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Consultant to provide subject matter expertise and deep technical / functional knowledge. The ideal candidate will lead multiple application support and developments prioritize tasks and ensure progress against plans. This role involves reviewing request logs proactively monitoring recurring themes and resolving complex issues. The candidate will also be responsible for enhancements reviewing and approving documentation and planning innovation and automation initiatives.
Deep technical and functional expertise with hands on experience in SAP Basis and HANA DB Administration
Experience with system administration on S / 4 HANA SAP MES and ChaRM implementation
Utilize experience with AWS for system administration and integration. Familiarity with SaaS applications and their integration with SAP systems
Experience with AWS and SaaS applications.
Experience with automation tools for refresh activities.
Experience with SAP Fiori and integration
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to participate in design discussions and propose solutions. Ability to participate in scrum calls and provide status updates.

Successful candidate must have an hands on expertise in SAP S4HANA Project System with specialization in designing GPD (Grouping Pegging and Distribution) / PMMO solution for an US based Aerospace and Defense company. The GPD / PMMO function of SAP is an automated inventory process where parts and their associated costs move between contracts. The candidate should have strong customer facing consulting skills and a detailed experiences in designing grouping strategies as a part of GPD solution for complex manufacturing processes that are highly regulated due to FAR.
Job description
Lead SAP PMMO green field implementation ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into SAP solutions.
Configure SAP PMMO modules to meet the specific needs of the organization ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in manufacturing and project management operations.
Ensure that all SAP PMMO implementations comply with industry standards regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Provide expertise in troubleshooting issues performing root cause analysis and ensuring timely resolution of systemrelated problems.
Create functional specs conduct functional unit tests and support end to end testing.
Must Haves :
Expert knowledge of SAP Grouping Pegging & Distribution (GPD) or SAP Project Manufacturing Management and Optimization (PMMO) within the Aerospace & Defense industry in the US.
Strong understanding of SAP Project Systems Logistics and Dassian PACE solution.
Minimum of 57 years of experience with SAP FI / CO solutions particularly in Material Costing.
Proven ability to work closely with clients to identify business problems and translate them into effective solution designs.
Proficiency in writing Business Process Documents (BPDs) functional specifications configuration design building SAP configurations and testing solutions.
Experience in conducting workshops and leading system testing.
Excellent communication skills. Candidate is expected to work directly with the client to structure and implement complex technology solutions around SAP S4 Hana.
