Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Skills: Extensive experience with injection molding machines and related equipment, proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and automated control systems, knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
