Job Description
RESPONSABILITIES / RESPONSABILIDADES - List the essential functions (i.e. key responsibilities with expected end results), which must be accomplished in order to fulfill the purpose of your position as described above
- Maintain existing customer account (REVENUE) by maintaining direct customer communications as required, being a liaison for technical inquiries, addressing field or quality concerns, and providing customer service.
- Support timely collections of accounts receivable (WC) upon escalation by collections group when resolution require commercial negotiation.
- Provide sales forecast on current book of business (ENABLER)
- Facilitate Request for Quote response with proper organizational support (REVENUE)
- Support P&L and WC for product lines and associated activity (WC, EBITDA) thru direct accountability for LTA, price reductions, price rejuvenation with proper organizational approval and support organizational activities for VA / VE, inventory control, payment terms and premiums.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development. (ENABLER)
- Ensure customer satisfaction (ENABLER)
- Lead and support development of business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability (REVENUE, EBITDA, WC) by performing market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys, gather customer requirements; initiating and coordinating development of action plans; develop business case / white paper with cross functional team support; and deliver RFQ response and negotiate terms with proper organizational approval.
- Support business development team with industry, competitor and market intelligence (ENABLER)
- Support cross-selling initiatives with BU team.
- Comply with and enforce the PKC Group Environmental, Health and Safety Policy.
- Comply with the environmental work instructions applicable to their job position.
- Report any deviation on the environmental operational controls established and communicate improvement initiatives.
- Participate in EHS training.
