POSITION SUMMARY
The Billing and Receiving Coordinator will process daily sales orders, customer invoices, vendor invoices, receiving, review and release sales order, process bank deposits and apply payments to customer accounts, process daily reports, maintain purchase order files and open customer order files, set up new accounts and new vendors as needed. Serve as back up for other roles as needed based on work volumes and attendance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Print vendor invoices
- In the AM reauthorize any expired credit card transactions
- Input totals in Daily Sales file and email to appropriate team members
- File shipped orders from previous business day
- Process drop ship orders/purchase orders from vendor invoices if applicable
- Receive incoming product when received from UPS and FedEx and pull corresponding sales order and send to warehouse for processing
- Review/release sales orders throughout the day as requested
- Post shipped orders throughout the day
- Maintain purchase order files as they come in from purchasing
- Process bank deposit
- Post customer payments to customer accounts from sales orders
- Pull completed purchase orders and file
- When accounting works collections and blocks accounts due to nonpayment, research for open orders and enter notes as needed so orders are not shipped.
- Set up new customer accounts when requested.
- Set up new vendors when requested
- Order offices supplies as needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical requirements for this position are typical for a sedentary office environment, including considerable time spent in a stationary position, at a desk using a computer terminal and keyboard. Movement about the office and standing are required occasionally.

The work environment for this position is typical for an office including protection from weather conditions and typical office equipment noise.
