Primary Duties :
- Pick up / deliver orders, parts and supplies to / from customers.
- Stock managed inventory at customer locations, as directed
- Communicate customer instructions and requests to the sales department.
- Miscellaneous pick-up and delivery of shop supplies, parts etc.
- Responsible for coordinating service and maintenance on delivery truck.
- Collaborate with all appropriate departments and personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Verify incoming product & receive into system.
- Allocate, distribute, pull / pick product in proper location.
- Operate RF scanner, if required.
- Package and stage materials or products for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
- Ship products utilizing various methods from national carriers to customer vehicles.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Complete forklift / safety orientation course(s); operate forklift as needed.
