Salary and Benefits:

Job Description:
Job Summary:
As a Hand Therapist at MOTION, you will play a vital role in our growing practice, working closely with patients to assess their strengths and weaknesses and devising creative treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' abilities and create personalized treatment plans
- Provide excellent one-on-one care to patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person
- Help patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability
- Encourage patients along the road to recovery
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
- NYS Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- CPR and first aid certification required
