Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Hand Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Queens, NY. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients to assess their strengths and weaknesses, devise creative treatment plans, and provide excellent one-on-one care. About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assess patients' strengths and weaknesses to develop effective treatment plans
- Provide exceptional one-on-one care to patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each individual
- Collaborate with patients to help them restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability
- Encourage patients along the road to recovery, providing emotional support and guidance
- Work closely with medical specialists, including orthopedists, sports medicine professionals, and neurologists, to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications
- NYS Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist License
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Basic computer skills
- CPR and first aid certification required
- CHT certification a plus
- Open to new graduates
- 1-2 years of experience working as a licensed therapist in an ortho outpatient clinic with hand therapy treatments preferred
