The MPA Entertainment Law & Policy Fellowship is an entertainment-focused law and policy program that is dedicated to advancing the cause of inclusion, community, and belonging in the entertainment industry. 

This prestigious program ensures the best and brightest students have the opportunity to participate in the entertainment industry, regardless of their background, by providing the selected Fellows with a paid fellowship for living and housing expenses, and reimbursement for certain fellowship-related travel expenses to participate in the year-long program. 

Fellows will gain relevant experience working at the MPA as well as its member studios and interact with senior executives and policymakers, while building the skills needed to prepare them to be the next generation of law and policy leaders in the entertainment industry. 

Along with your resume, you must upload the additional five documents listed below: 

  • Upload Law/Graduate School Transcript
  • Upload First Letter of Recommendation
  • Upload Second Letter of Recommendation
  • Upload Personal statement (no more than 500 words) that addresses how your life experiences have contributed to your interest in advancing diversity, inclusion, and equity in the entertainment industry and make you an exceptional candidate for this fellowship.
  • Upload Response to What does diversity, equity, and inclusion mean to you, and why it is important in the entertainment industry?

Please be prepared to upload the required documents along with your resume when you submit your application as the system cannot be amended once you submit. Ensure all required questions in your application are answered.
