Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
- Deep expertise analyzing marketing trends, competitive intelligence and customer/cultural insights to help inform implementation
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills to drive effective cross-functional adoption of the enterprise brand strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to secure buy in of strategic recommendations by senior executive teams.
- Demonstrate effective performance tracking experience to measure and analyze the impact of brand initiatives on business growth and brand perception.
- Change management skills
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
- Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
- Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions.
- Strategically engage with client personnel.
