Cisco Network Architect

This global leader in construction manufacturing specializes in producing and recycling steel for infrastructure and commercial developments. They're looking to add a Network Architect to their network engineering team.

The ideal candidate is a Cisco-focused network engineer with strong experience in enterprise-level architecture and design. Hands-on expertise with Cisco Nexus, Meraki, Checkpoint, F5, Cloudflare, and ISE is essential, and familiarity with Zscaler or Zero Trust networking is a plus.

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional IT teams-including operations, OT, and security-to drive network enhancements. You'll also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date documentation and mentoring junior network engineers.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in network architecture and design, preferably within an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of network security principles; familiarity with Zscaler or Zero Trust frameworks is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE components.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with regular interaction across operations, security, and cloud teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on thorough documentation.?

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are highly regarded.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $145,000-$175,000 25% bonus
