Remote Opportunity:
As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing research activities that inform and guide product and service design decisions. Your insights will directly influence how we build intuitive, meaningful experiences for our users. While your primary focus will be on research, the ideal candidate will also have some background or familiarity with UX design principles-a plus that will help translate research findings into actionable design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead User Research Efforts: Plan and conduct various qualitative and quantitative research studies (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys) to gather actionable insights.
Synthesize Findings: Analyze and interpret data to create clear, concise reports and presentations that inform product strategies and design decisions.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate user insights into every stage of the product lifecycle.
Champion User Advocacy: Act as the voice of the user within the organization, ensuring that user needs and perspectives are always front and center.
Methodology Development: Continuously refine and improve research methods to gather the most relevant, high-quality data possible.
Mentorship & Guidance: Provide guidance to less experienced team members and help foster a culture of user-centered design.
Qualifications
Experience: 5 years of experience in UX Research or related roles, preferably with some exposure to UX Design practices.
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, or a related field.
Research Expertise: Proven track record of designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., user interviews, field studies, usability testing, surveys, A/B testing).
Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and cross-functional teams.
Design Familiarity (Plus): Working knowledge of UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus.
Adobe Analytics Familiarity (Plus): Knowledge or experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus.
Collaboration: Comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
