Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years in Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI-focused roles
- Experience with process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, etc.)
- Proven experience with cloud-based data pipelines, preferably Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataflow) or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of SQL, Python, and data transformation tools
- Exposure to or hands-on work with Generative AI, LLMs (like Llama, Google Gemini, OpenAI etc.), or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).
- Experience working on cross-functional process improvement initiatives using data.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into decisions.
- Knowledge of RAG architectures and enterprise chatbots.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI solutions or frameworks.
What You Will Be Doing
- Data Intelligence Engineer who bridges data engineering with Generative AI to drive operational excellence.
- Data Engineering & Intelligence (50%)
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes across structured and unstructured data sources.
- Integrate data from various Enterprise SORs and workflow tools to create process-level visibility.
- Build and maintain data models, warehouses, and lakes for analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with analysts and business teams to develop dashboards and real-time metrics.
- Use SQL, Python, Vertica SQL to ensure data quality and lineage.
- Gen AI & Advanced Analytics (50%)
- Customize GenAI applications (using approved LLMs) for process mining, task mining summarization, anomaly detection.
- Integrate organization-approved foundation models (like Llama, Google Gemini etc.) into Agentic task-based workflows.
- Partner with Process Excellence and Ops teams to ideate
