Required Skills & Experience :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in data science, preferably in a product-focused company with a heavy emphasis on daily active users.
- Proven expertise in A / B testing, experimental design, and measuring the impact of product changes on user behavior.
- Strong proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with user acquisition, retention, and churn prediction models.
- Advanced skills in SQL and Python (or R) for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Familiarity with attribution modeling and customer journey analysis.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights for stakeholders.
