Group Product Manager - Hybrid NYC

Title: Group Product Manager - B2B AI Solutions Location: NYC - Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite
Compensation: $150 - $210K base depending on experience.

As a Group Product Manager (GPM), you will take full ownership of the product lifecycle-from strategy to execution-while managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers. This role involves both high-level strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring that products meet business objectives and customer needs. There are two distinct opportunities available:

• Core Product - Lead the company's core product initiative, developing tools that enable manufacturers to detect and address quality issues in real time. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise B2B dynamics and maintaining close customer relationships while scaling an existing product-market fit.
• New Product Lines - Drive innovation by building new product lines and disrupting legacy software in the manufacturing space. This is a true 0-to-1 product role, requiring extensive market research, strategic vision, and tactical execution.

Requirements:

• 5 years of product management experience, including 2 years in a leadership role. Must have startup experience.
• Proven track record of scaling B2B products from early traction to widespread adoption.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data and KPIs to drive decision-making.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and sales teams.
