Our client, a leader in the financial investment space, is seeking a talented Support Engineer to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting a variety of Windows-based systems and network infrastructure across multiple locations. The firm is well-known in the DFW area for managing multi-billion dollar investment portfolios and continues to grow rapidly.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded IT professional with a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies, network administration, and mobile device management. You'll be responsible for supporting Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and O365/M365 environments. The role includes managing servers, monitoring wireless access points, setting up devices and printers, and configuring security A/V systems. Experience with iPhones, iPads, and general TCP/IP networking is essential. This position also includes client-facing responsibilities, so strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset are key to success.

- Strong experience with Microsoft and Windows technologies (Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, O365/M365)
- Mobile device management experience, particularly with iPhones and iPads
- Proven background in general network administration (wireless APs, TCP/IP, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Familiarity with security A/V systems
- Experience supporting high-level executives or working in a financial services environment
- Previous experience with multi-site IT infrastructure support
