- BS in Computer Science or a related field
- 5-8 years of professional development experience (candidates with a longer track record are encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in Python and Java
- Strong experience with high-availability systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze system issues
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Advanced SQL experience
- Experience with FIX protocol and financial order routing
- Experience/interest in DevOps, testing, deployment, and support
- Experience with microservices, pub-sub, and message queues
- Fluency in Linux, experience with AWS is a plus
