Salary Range: $84,000 - $105,000 discretionary annual bonus
Overview
Our client, a large DC-based law firm, is seeking a Junior Enterprise Applications Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise applications in a legal/professional services environment. The role requires strong technical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise applications.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, and configuration changes with IT and business units.
• Develop application monitoring and support processes for high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across systems such as DMS, M365, and print management platforms.
• Maintain thorough documentation of systems, configurations, and recovery procedures.
• Provide daily support and resolve escalated issues via ServiceNow or similar systems.
• Research and apply relevant technology trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience:
  
  • 1 year supporting enterprise applications.
  • 2 years of customer support, including executive-level users.
• Technical Skills:
  
  • Enterprise applications: iManage Work 10, NetDocuments, M365, Adobe, PrinterLogic, PaperCut, Kiteworks.
  • Virtual environments: Citrix Virtual Apps, Omnissa Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Operating systems: Windows Server 2016-2022, Windows 11.
  • High proficiency in PowerShell.
  • Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Windows Firewall.
  • Familiarity with Azure and Microsoft Office Suite.
