- 7 years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Skilled and well experienced developer to work on various Low Code development projects and solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite of development solutions.
- 3 years Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows, Notebooks, Data Wrangler, etc)
- Very strong analytical and creative thinking skills
- Prior experience with HR/Workforce-type data
- Alteryx Platform experience strongly

What You Will Be Doing
- Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Engineering.
- Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
- Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Engineering business solutions.
- Strategically engage with client personnel.
- Lead the design, development, and scaling of low-code solutions while mentoring less experienced engineers to upskill/support these solutions. We also seek candidates that have exposure/use with AI Platforms, specifically MS CoPilot, ChatGTP and/or Tachyon.
