A commercial insurance company based in Lackawanna County, PA is urgently hiring a Lead Software Engineer! This role with be 30% hands on coding and 70% team management. Your leadership responsibilities include mentoring, pair programming, code reviews, providing demos, and more.
You will be developing a cloud-first, API-driven, dynamic insurance platform that allows customers to purchase insurance policies directly using C#, .NET 8, Angular 18, and Azure cloud technologies
This fulltime role is primarily remote with quarterly in-office meetings.

- BS or MS in Computer Science or related degree.
- 10 years of experience with C#, .NET 6 , Angular 18 SQL, CI/CD, developing REST APIs, and Azure.

- Software/Architect Design principals experience
