Required Skills & Experience
- 7-10 years of professional software engineering expertise
- Expertise in Go/Golang
- Proficient with Postgres
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
- Proven experience leading projects and working in fast-paced, early-to-late stage startup environments
- Experience building or contributing to a search engine or search-based product
- Background in data pipelines or AI-driven platforms
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or natural language search
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams
