Required Skills & Experience
- Legal administration/ support experience
- Ability to combining documents in Adobe Reader
- User level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, & One Note
- Experience with shipping documents with FEDEX
- Working knowledge of legal civil procedures
- Must be highly organized
- Strong time management skills (will be working with hundreds of time sensitive documents that come in weekly)
- Partnership skills - ability to work with Q/A team
- 6 months of legal admin experience is preferred
- Hands on experience supporting paralegals, attorneys, or court systems will be helpful

- Root cause analysis.
- Understanding credit cards, that is the main department.
- Payment research.
- Litigation exposure specifically civil procedure.
- Partnering with 3rd party law firms.
- Working independently and being resourceful.
- Enterprise/corporate environment background.
What You Will Be Doing
- Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout.
- Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Loan Workout.
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide information to client personnel in Loan Workout.
- Functions include assessing wide-ranging customer circumstances, conducting extensive research, determining appropriate courses of action, documenting/communicating finding, and supporting the issue through direct mediation as applicable.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with customers, family members, legal representatives, and business partners.
