We are seeking a Mid-Level Microsoft Engineer to join our client's team.
In this role, you will support the design, deployment, and management of Microsoft technologies including InTune, AutoPilot, Office 365, and Azure. This role is HYBRID remote, you must be local to Philadelphia to commute 1-2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments, including Office 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- Deploy and maintain Microsoft InTune for device management and configuration.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of AutoPilot for Windows device provisioning.
- Support and maintain Azure Active Directory and other Azure services.
- Perform user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring proper licensing and access management within Office 365 and Azure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Office 365, InTune, AutoPilot, and Azure environments.
- Ensure the security and compliance of systems by following best practices and working with security teams.
- Provide remote support and consulting for clients as needed.
- Collaborate with other teams to implement and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and solutions for internal and client use.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Office 365), Azure, InTune, and AutoPilot.
- Strong experience with device management, configuration, and deployment using InTune.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Understanding of IT security and compliance best practices within Microsoft environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Microsoft Certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, or AZ-104.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot for device provisioning and management.
- Familiarity with Group Policy, Intune MDM, and other related tools.
- Experience with Azure AD Connect, and conditional access policies.
