Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership:
- Define and implement the architecture for mobile applications using Ionic and Angular, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party plugins, tools, and services to enhance application functionality.
- Technical Oversight:
- Provide technical direction to mobile development teams, enforcing best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Lead code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to align on requirements and deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
- Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders and guide decision-making on mobile technology initiatives.
- Innovation & Optimization:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in mobile development and suggest improvements or upgrades to existing systems.
- Optimize app performance and user experience across platforms.
- Mentorship:
- Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 7 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Ionic Framework and Angular (version 8 preferred).
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and working with backend systems.
- Experience with mobile performance optimization, debugging, and testing tools.
- Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle management, security best practices, and app store deployment processes (iOS and Android).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Capacitor or Cordova for native plugin integration.
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Firebase) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of progressive web apps (PWAs).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
