Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years business analysis experience specifically focused on projects involving customer facing products and services
- Hands on project manager with the ability to independently manage/lead product-related project deliverables and meeting delivery deadlines
- Proactive, independent self-starter, who can work in collaboration with the product and cross functional teams and partners
- Flexibility with working hours (early & late meetings on occasion due to international scope of efforts)
- Knowledge of full application development life cycle, particularly as it relates to product delivery
- JIRA (foundational JIRA understanding; JSQL reporting is a plus)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to diverse business and technical audiences
- Proficiency with MS Office software products including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint
- Experience navigating heavily matrixed organizations, including multiple business lines.
- Experience with payment products is a plus (SWIFT, ISO, ACH, etc.)
What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for coordinating product deliverables across cross-functional project teams (Product, Technology, Operations and other key business partners) and managing product-related activities in a project life cycle (e.g., initiation, requirements, market readiness and delivery), with a strong focus on project management and business requirements development for customer-facing products and services.
- On a day-to-day basis, this person will:
- Interact with product leads, key global business partners and PMOs to execute strategic plans and objectives
- Coordinate across a broadly dispersed global team
- Prepare, execute and maintain product project plan, coordinating with other stakeholders and partners as needed to align key project tasks dependencies
- Plan, coordinate, and collaborate on market readiness activities such as development of internal and customer-facing documentation and training together with product leads and partners
- Track and report status of project tasks, deliverables and milestones
- Ensures program/project-related risks, impacts and issues are managed according to policy, and are documented and communicated as appropriate
- Schedules and leads project meetings as needed, publishing agendas, notes and minutes.
