Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in manufacturing engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the robotics or automation industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of manufacturing technologies, including Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and robotics integration.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects, from conception through implementation, on time and within budget.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with a track record of developing innovative solutions to manufacturing challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
