Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Experience as an Agile and/or Scrum product owner - strong knowledge of test-driven development
- Demonstrated ability to stand-up brand-new regulated products
- Communication skills PowerPoint and presentations
- Ability to understand different data pipelines and hydration capabilities (to help identify, transform, and load data)

What You Will Be Doing
- Coach the team on test driven development
- Assist with handle regulatory MRA's
- Act as a leader for scrum teams by providing direction and problem solving
- Provide updates and create PowerPoint presentations for leadership
- Liaison with stakeholders on behalf of the team
- Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Product Management.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Product Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
