Responsible for leveraging cutting edge technology to solve business problems by participating in all phases of the development process from inception through transition, advocating the agile process and test-driven development, using object-oriented development tools to analyze, model, design, construct and test reusable objects, and making the codebase better.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training 3 years' experience
- Ability to establish and handle multiple priorities, and to take ownership of role by exercising good judgement and making decisions with limited supervision.
- Ability to demonstrate expertise in any CRM platform such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of PowerPoint, MSWord, MS Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Access and SQL
- Knowledge of with Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration and customization with certification
- 7 years' experience in analyzing system and business process, improving customer satisfaction, reducing cost and increasing revenue, and driving organizational change through the integration of people, process, and technology
- Experience with project and technical defect tracking tools such as Rally
- Experience with Sabre queries, along with experience on the Siebel platform.
What You Will Be Doing
- Liaise with technology providers to develop and manage implementation project plans and configuration processes within established timeframes.
- Oversee configuration and customization process in CRM for the Business Unit.
- Seek approval on solution options presented by the technical team and other stakeholders for CRM.
- Liaise with Stakeholders and/or Strategic Planner to ensure proper delivery of requirements and documentation is maintained.
- Provide guidance and assistance to Sales Automation team and identify and analyze solutions associated to day-to-day updates, issues, and activities.
- Lead multiple data integrity projects for team to maintain accurate data.
- Liaise with our internal customers by independently and directly working with different partners as point of contact.
- Work directly with the Client's IT to communicate the Business Unit integration needs, like IBM Watson, contracting, Power BI, Client's data warehouse, and Portals.
