An innovative insurance company in your area is actively seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join their dynamic team. They are located in Bedford Park, IL and it is a full-time position. The first 90 days will be onsite, and then it becomes hybrid, Tuesday through Thursday in the office.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in manual testing in the insurance industry (life, health, property & casualty, or other insurance domains).
- Strong understanding of insurance processes, policy administration, underwriting, claims, and billing systems.
- Familiarity with SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
- Experience in writing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
- Exposure to automation testing tools (Selenium, TestComplete) is a plus but not required.
- Develop, document, and execute manual test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Perform functional, regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for insurance applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using a defect management tool and collaborate with developers for issue resolution.
- Ensure insurance policy processing systems, claims management applications, underwriting systems, and customer portals function correctly.
