Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site deployment, testing, and commissioning of robotic automation systems.
- Integrate robotic hardware and software with existing warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to robotics, networking, and system connectivity.
- Conduct system performance testing, calibration, and optimization to ensure smooth operations.
- Train end-users and warehouse staff on system operation, best practices, and maintenance.
- Provide technical support during and post-deployment, ensuring minimal operational disruptions.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer support teams to enhance deployment processes and system reliability.
- Document installation procedures, troubleshooting guides, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Travel to customer sites as needed for system deployment and support.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in robotics deployment, automation, or system integration.
- Hands-on experience with robotic platforms, sensors, and industrial automation systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including networking and communication protocols (TCP/IP, ROS, MQTT, etc.).
- Experience with Linux-based systems and scripting (Python, Bash) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites for deployments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and industrial PLCs.
- Familiarity with SLAM, computer vision, or AI-based robotics solutions.
- Knowledge of safety standards for industrial robotics deployment.
- Previous experience in warehouse automation or logistics robotics.
