Our client, a nationally recognized and award-winning company in the health insurance vertical, has a long term contract opening for a Salesforce Administrator. They have over 4 million customers and 5,000 employees dedicated to providing innovative solutions that simplify the healthcare system, improve efficiency and outcomes while reducing costs.
Location :
- While the position is Remote, work from home, you must reside in North Carolina or one of the following states : Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Contract Duration : Until 12 / 31 renewable, expected contract 12-36 months
Required Skills & Experience
3 years as Salesforce Admin
Certified admin in Salesforce
Worked with 200 users to understand SOP, permission sets, and follow policy / procedures
Agile environment experience
Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

What You Will Be Doing
You will work within the Salesforce team at this health insurance company.
Maintain validation rules & flows, add new fields, page layout changes, user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Must be familiar w / the capabilities of Salesforce
This team Primarily support sales and marketing and all of the sales markets (large group, small group, etc.) : 2,500 users
Reading work items / features and developing them
Converting Process Builders into Flows
Work in an Agile team with 2 weeks sprint cadence
