Our client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a 6 month remote, contract opportunity (must be able to work on Eastern Time).
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team and play a key role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will be Salesforce Administrator Certified and have experience configuring Salesforce CPQ. This position requires a deep understanding of CRM processes and at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

What You Will Be Doing

- 3 years of experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and administration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder), and data management.
- Experience with user support, training, and troubleshooting issues within Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, CPQ Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant)
- Familiarity with ServiceMax
- Experience with third-party integrations (Jitterbit, Talend, Mulesoft)
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, or declarative development tools.
What You Will Be Doing
- Configure, maintain, and enhance the Salesforce platform, including workflows, process automation, security settings, and user management.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing rules, and quoting processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support business decision-making.
- Assist with user training, support, and adoption of Salesforce best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.
- Work with developers, consultants, and internal teams on system integrations and enhancements.
