Job Description
Identity and Access Engineer
An organization is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Engineer to join its Identity Management team. This role focuses on automating provisioning while ensuring security and efficiency within the Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solution. The upcoming year brings exciting modernization efforts, including continued automation of provisioning using Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Saviynt EIC initiatives, driving automation and security enhancements.
• Analyze current identity management processes and procedures to support provisioning automation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and business units to lead IGA initiatives and identity-related projects.
• Design, configure, and implement Saviynt EIC solutions to manage identity lifecycle, access governance, and provisioning processes.
• Provide guidance and technical direction to junior team members.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform data mapping, and align identity management strategies with business needs.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in Identity Management and IGA platforms such as Saviynt EIC, SailPoint, or similar solutions.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and following Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, PowerShell, XML, SQL, and other scripting languages.
• Ability to participate in standup meetings, complete sprint tasks, and meet frequent deployment deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with IT teams, business units, and vendors in advancing automation efforts within an IGA platform.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
