- Must have prior Cell Therapy experience
- Experience with Culture of T cells
- CAR-T experience and knowledge
- Flow cytometry, highly preferred
- Will be responsible with speaking with Stakeholders
- Must have at least 2-3 years of laboratory or industry experience
- Aseptic cell culture experience
We are seeking a motivated Microbiologist to join our Cell & Genetic Medicines Team within the Therapeutics Discovery (TD) division at our Spring House, PA site. This role will focus on CAR screening to support the development of CAR T cell therapies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the field of CAR T cell therapy and work alongside a team of passionate scientists advancing cutting-edge treatments targeting hematological and solid tumors. Key Responsibilities Assist in the culture and expansion of primary T cells, as well as the generation of CAR T cells via viral transduction techniques Support the development and optimization of high- and medium-throughput CAR T cell manufacturing workflows Perform flow cytometry-based experiments for cellular characterization and analysis Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot basic automation systems utilized in cell therapy processing Identify and resolve technical challenges encountered during laboratory procedures to ensure smooth workflow.
