Senior Mechanical Engineer/Massachusetts

Their innovative products enhance situational awareness and operational effectiveness in critical missions. They're seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team!

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer on the team, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of their tactical camera systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering within the electronics manufacturing sector, with a focus on ruggedized, portable devices suitable for military and law enforcement applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably in electronic manufacturing or related industries.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and simulation tools.
• Experience with designing ruggedized, portable devices for military or law enforcement applications is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of materials science, thermal management, and structural analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior engineers.
