Our client is at the forefront of design and manufacturing products for defense and industrial customers. They are opening a brand-new team, in a brand new office north of Boston, and looking to hire a Senior RF Design Engineer to contribute to the development of their new radar system.
Key Responsibilities:

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and simulation of RF PCB's for ground-based systems including Transmit/Receive modules, and up and down convertors
- Perform detailed RF analysis and simulations using design and modeling tools such as ADS, HFSS, or CST Microwave Studio.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a related field
- Expert in RF design and simulation tools such as ADS, HFSS, CST, or EM simulation
- Experience with phased array systems, radar, or communication systems design.
- Experience with MATLAB or other simulation/analysis software.
- Prior experience with RF system integration and testing in a defense or aerospace setting.
- Active Security Clearance
