A large global law firm in the heart of Atlanta is looking for their next team member. This role is for a Senior Systems Administrator with a strong ServiceNow background. The role will be full-time with a very flexible remote schedule once a month in their Atlanta office.
In this position, you will be working to support their enterprise platform with ServiceNow in all aspects. This is a very important role that helps with the business operations of the company globally. You will play a role in leading upgrades/ installations/ and maintenance in ServiceNow, designing and building integrations with numerous systems, developing code with ServiceNow, and managing all change requests, incidents, problems etc. across the platform. Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of experience in a Systems Administrator or Engineering role
- Strong understanding of Linux or Windows OS
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with ServiceNow CRM
- Ability to develop code per best practices in ServiceNow
- Leadership mentality and abilities
- Skilled in software upgrades / system upgrades
- Prior legal industry knowledge
- Comfortability working remotely from home
- Installation and maintenance of ServiceNow patches
- Strong operations background
- ISO security knowledge
