- Design and optimize the Rewards Program, allowing customers to earn discounts for making healthier decisions.
- Organize and present content in a clear, snack-sized format for improved readability.
- Work closely with developers, marketing, and product teams to implement design solutions.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey through intuitive UX design.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Expertise in creating and implementing design systems.
- Strong understanding of website navigation, architecture, and user flow optimization.
- Experience designing accessible products in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Ability to break down complex information and present it in a user-friendly format.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent content organization skills
