- 3 years as a UX Designer
- 5 years of strong UI Design
- Experience building a Design System from scratch
- Experience with Interactive Interfaces
- 2 Years conducting UX Research
- Experience designing end user check out process
- Experience in Transactional UI Designs
- Previous work designing B2B Insurance apps
- Comfortable working within a small team
- Experience working in large scale enterprise groups
