Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Project support and organizational skills.
- Strong experience with risk and control assessments.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and project plans.
- Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, outlook, etc.
- Consultant type mindset - BIG 4 experience preferred but not necessary. If no big 4 experience, must have large financial institution exp.
- Great communication and personality.
- Controls/business side risk.
- Small piece of day to day is meeting minutes and some admin work.
- Data work and project management/ analysis.
- Time management skills
- Financial Crimes and RCSA.
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Strategy and Planning.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Strategy and Planning challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
- Support project deliverables by executing project plans, helping to organize key items, scheduling meetings, and record minutes.
- Collaborate with business and control teams.
- Support RCSA assessment work.
- Review compliance requirements to determine applicability.
- Identify controls to mitigate risk.
