System & Network Engineer

As a Systems & Network Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting systems and servers, primarily using Windows, Azure, and VMware. You will also have a strong background in data center management and hands-on experience with physical hardware.

This company is based In Branford, Connecticut and is mostly onsite with occasional visits to local clients.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and support systems and servers, primarily using Windows, Azure, and VMware.
• Handle network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls (mostly Cisco, but experience with other vendors is welcome).
• Maintain and troubleshoot physical hardware devices in a data center environment.
• Occasionally visit local clients to provide onsite support.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in systems and network engineering.
• Proven experience with Windows, Azure, VMware, Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Strong background in data center management and hands-on experience with physical hardware.
