Technical Data Engineering Manager / Azure / Irving TX

In this position you will be leading other engineers on the data analytics & engineering team to create data/ETL pipelines in Azure Data Factory. You would be both hands-on implementing & building these pipelines yourself, as well as coaching/mentoring others, designing. Further, you will also have a hand in Data governance & policies related to security, maintainability, and data best practices. This will include oversight into not just pipeline development, but also architecture, data integration, data quality, and warehousing/storage.
This is an on-site position in Irving, TX. Required Skills & Experience

• 6 Years of experience in data engineering & analytics
• 4 Years of experience with both Azure & Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Strong fundamental knowledge of SQL

Desired Skills & Experience

• Relevant certifications and/or degree
• Bachelor's in CS or analytics
• Azure certifications

• 70% Azure Data Factory
• 30% Other data (SQL, data governance, etc)
