Our client, a leading global law firm known for delivering innovative legal solutions to top financial institutions and Fortune Global 500 companies, is seeking a Unified Communications Systems Manager to join their world-class legal organization.
They are looking for a strategic leader to drive the development, execution, and ongoing management of our organization's communication systems. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of engineers and administrators tasked with supporting essential platforms like Microsoft Teams (for chat, meetings, and calling), Microsoft 365 email, OneDrive, and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), ensuring reliable and efficient communication services across the company.
This role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership, and experience transitioning from traditional collaboration and telecom systems to advanced cloud-based solutions. The Manager, Communication Systems will work closely with various teams to optimize performance, maintain operational excellence, and enhance the user experience for all communication tools and services.

Requirements:
- Should understand telecom platforms including Cisco, MS Teams, etc.
- Should also have experience with migrations between the above, in addition to 365 platforms like Teams admin, mail admin for 365 and/or exchange
- 365 experience, i.e. Sharepoint, One Drive etc. is a must
- Should have experience calling within Teams platform, must know how calls are routed over large networks
- Must have experience managing a team.
- Experience working in Cloud is highly preferred, specifically with Azure and/or AWS
