Our client, a leading accounting and finance software company, is actively hiring an Executive Assistant , to join their Marketing / Revenue team. This will be a hybrid position, onsite 2 days a week in Mountain View, CA.
This is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits & paid holidays!
As the Executive Assistant, you will be supporting a Senior Vice President and two Directors within the Marketing and Revenue organization. You will handle a wide range of administrative tasks and executive support tasks. They are looking for someone with experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, supporting multiple schedules while providing insights to leaders to assist with prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emails, voicemails, and written correspondence on behalf of leaders
- Manage executive calendars, travel, meetings, and daily schedules
- Interact with various departments, vendors, and employees as needed for important meetings and projects
- May be responsible for training and supervising lower-level clerical staff
