Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- 5-7 years of data modeling or Python development
- Python
- Pyspark/H20
- Data Modeling (tool agnostic)

- Able to speak clearly, communicate, and comprehend. Will be speaking with business partners and collaborating to understand their needs. Can’t just be an order taker.
- Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Analytics.
- Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
- Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Analytics business solutions.
- Strategically engage with client personnel.
- Responsible for doing development using Python and Pyspark.
- Work with machine learning, AI, large language modeling.
- Build models to help people across the bank, not just in Complaints, like one that can help to answer policy related questions in Teams for people inside the bank.
- Day to day they will organize data in the system they’re assigned and run analytics.
- Take questions and answers on that data.
- Collaborate with managers on results and run through code again to get desired results.
- Doesn’t work on production tasks, will be developing models to hand off to other teams to do production deployment.
- Models typically take 6-12 weeks to develop. Will be working as part of a team.
