Mobile App Support Engineer
Onsite in Seattle, WA
9-Month Contract
Our client is looking for a Mobile App Support Engineer to be responsible for the manual process of releasing mobile shopping apps. Responsibilities include working with teams to test and sign-off on the release in a timely fashion, creating release plans with accurate details, as well as writing email release updates to developer teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years of developer support experience
- Ability to maintain Customer Focus, stay motivated and be proactive
- Bachelor’s Computer Science or similar (preferred, but not required)
- Experience working in Linux environment preferred
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems preferred

Salary : $30 - $35
